What you will do

  • Lead employee-representative work in France by partnering with Legal, Employee Relations, and local stakeholders to manage CSE-related processes.
  • Build sustainable employee relations procedures including preparation for information and consultation requirements and accurate documentation.
  • Equip managers operating in France with practical guidance on local employment frameworks and employee-representation structures.
  • Drive consistent day-to-day HR execution across EMEA to support performance management cycles and organizational changes.
  • Serve as a reliable frontline partner for managers regarding team health, coaching conversations, and policy interpretation.
  • Operationalize People programs such as retention, engagement, and employee experience initiatives across different jurisdictions.
  • Triage employee relations issues early, assess potential risks, and collaborate with specialized COEs on sensitive matters.
  • Maintain operational rigor through tracking themes, complete documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you need

  • Bring approximately 8 or more years of HR experience as a Senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in fast-paced or complex international settings.
  • Possess practical experience working with French employment practices and employee representative bodies like a CSE or works council.

  • Exhibit strong project management capabilities to translate complex multi-stage workflows into clear milestones and operating processes.
