Gong is seeking a Head of AI Security to lead the protection of its advanced revenue intelligence platform in Tel Aviv. This strategic leadership role is ideal for an experienced cybersecurity professional passionate about securing cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems at enterprise scale.

Role Overview

As the Head of AI Security, you will serve as the ultimate authority responsible for safeguarding AI and machine learning infrastructure, data pipelines, and deployed models. You will bridge the gap between advanced data science and enterprise-grade security by designing and overseeing frameworks that protect proprietary AI technologies, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end AI security strategy across AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, LLMs, RAG systems, and autonomous AI agents.
Design secure-by-design frameworks and security architecture for AI-powered products and platforms.
Direct AI threat modeling, adversarial testing, red teaming, and vulnerability management programs.
Oversee AI governance, internal security policies, and alignment with emerging global AI regulations and standards.
Implement security tooling, automation frameworks, and continuous monitoring capabilities for AI environments.
Drive cross-functional security leadership across Data Science, AI Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and SecOps teams.
Solve complex challenges related to prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, and training data leakage.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity.
At least 2 years explicitly dedicated to securing data science environments, ML pipelines, or AI-native applications.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of influence-based leadership and translating complex technical AI risks into executive business strategies.
Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, LLM mechanics, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Strong familiarity with MITRE ATLAS and the OWASP GenAI Security Project.
