Role Overview

As a Gtm Systems Engineer, the individual will own the architecture connecting the CRM, marketing automation platforms, sales tools, and data warehouse. This role transforms manual procedures into dependable, automated workflows. Working alongside Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and GTM Operations, the candidate translates field requirements into solutions that enhance data quality, accelerate internal teams, and provide leadership with an accurate perspective of the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Design, construct, and maintain the go-to-market technology stack, encompassing CRM, CPQ, and marketing automation infrastructure.
Create and oversee integrations and data pipelines between commercial systems and the data warehouse utilizing webhooks, APIs, and reverse ETL.
Construct automations that enhance pipeline accuracy, deal desk procedures, and overall data hygiene.
Create artificial intelligence-driven and agent-based workflows designed to eliminate manual tasks and provide timely indicators to representatives.
Maintain data consistency across platforms via validation rules, clear data models, deduplication, and continuous monitoring.
Collaborate alongside Data Engineering and Operations to back reporting, forecasting infrastructure, and dashboards.
Assess, deploy, and phase out tools according to business growth, maintaining thorough documentation and effective change management.

Requirements

Minimum of four years of experience within GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or a technical Marketing or Sales Ops capacity at a rapidly scaling enterprise.
Extensive hands-on background administering and tailoring a CRM, specifically Salesforce, covering permissions, objects, flows, and integrations.
Genuine curiosity regarding artificial intelligence alongside practical experience integrating it into routine daily tasks.
Proficient SQL capabilities paired with practical background utilizing a data warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
Proficiency in establishing integrations utilizing automation tools and APIs, with scripting capabilities in JavaScript or Python considered a distinct advantage.
Possesses a systems-thinking mentality focused on scalable design, detailed documentation, and data cleanliness.
Ability to excel within high-autonomy, high-intensity settings while taking full ownership of problems from start to finish.
