Role Overview

Scale AI seeks a dedicated professional to handle high-volume talent acquisition for its Gen AI Operations department. This contract position focuses on meeting aggressive hiring and activation goals while representing the organization's brand to prospective employees. While the job is primarily performed remotely, candidates must be available for occasional travel to participate in onsite growth recruiting events.

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and acquire high-quality candidates for high-volume positions to achieve specific hiring and activation targets.
Review incoming applications and screen potential candidates efficiently.
Guide candidates through every phase of the recruiting workflow, serving as the main point of contact.
Collaborate closely with operations leads, fellow growth recruiters, and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and execute targeted hiring strategies.
Adapt to and manage evolving recruitment processes as the business scales.
Promote the company value proposition to engage top-tier talent and represent the organization at onsite events.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting or sourcing experience gained within a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with proficiency in adapting messaging for diverse groups.
Demonstrated background in sourcing and successfully filling high-volume job openings.
Proven capability to act as the primary liaison for candidates, offering attentive support and timely communication throughout the evaluation process.

Nice to Have

Prior work experience in a startup environment.
Direct experience managing a complete full-cycle recruitment process, or a demonstrated enthusiasm and aptitude to learn full-cycle duties.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop, and Gem.
Extreme attention to detail.
Background as an AI builder, AI-forward operator, or a strong personal interest in agentic coding and experimenting with artificial intelligence tools.
