Rogo is seeking a GRC Analyst, EMEA to join the team in London on a full-time basis. This hands-on position supports customer trust, security assurance, and compliance programs as the organization scales globally.

Role Overview

The GRC Analyst, EMEA will play a critical part in communicating the company's security and privacy posture to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role requires partnering closely with security, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure that controls, risk posture, and security practices are accurately represented. Key Responsibilities

Support customer trust and security assurance processes by handling customer security inquiries and risk assessments.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer security reviews, delivering accurate and consistent responses.
Maintain and update security documentation and response materials to ensure alignment with current systems and controls.
Partner with security and engineering groups to explain technical controls for customer-facing contexts.
Assist with compliance initiatives covering frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, the EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR, including evidence collection and audit preparation.
Identify recurring themes and gaps from customer inquiries to continuously improve security and compliance practices.
Streamline and scale trust-related workflows to accommodate growing enterprise requirements.

Requirements

Background supporting customer-facing security, compliance, or trust functions at a SaaS or cloud-native business.
Ability to translate technical security concepts into clear, concise written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with enterprise security expectations covering cloud infrastructure, access control, data protection, and incident response.
Strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple simultaneous requests efficiently.
Sound judgment when dealing with sensitive or ambiguous security questions.
Genuine interest in working at the intersection of security, compliance, and customer engagement.

Nice to Have

Experience managing security questionnaires, audits, or third-party risk assessments.
Exposure to cloud security concepts including AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and IAM.
Background scaling trust, GRC, or compliance processes within growing organizations.
Previous experience supporting enterprise customers.
Comfort engaging with financial services clients regarding security, risk, and compliance topics.
