Rogo is seeking a full-time GRC Analyst based in Singapore to manage customer trust, security assurance, and compliance initiatives. This position is ideal for security and compliance professionals looking to shape the privacy posture of a growing enterprise AI company.

Role Overview

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst will serve as a primary contact for customer security reviews, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks. Operating from the Singapore office, the individual will bridge the gap between technical teams and external stakeholders, ensuring security practices are accurately communicated to major financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer security inquiries and complete third-party risk assessments.
Maintain and update security documentation to align with evolving system controls.
Partner with security and engineering teams to interpret technical controls for client-facing materials.
Assist with compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR by gathering evidence and preparing for audits.
Analyze trends from customer inquiries to enhance overall security operations.
Scale trust-related workflows to accommodate increasing enterprise client volume.

Requirements

Background in supporting customer-facing security, trust, or compliance operations within cloud-native or SaaS environments.
Ability to explain complex technical security topics clearly in writing.
Familiarity with enterprise security controls covering cloud infrastructure, data protection, access management, and incident response.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent requests accurately.
Excellent communication abilities tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Discretion and strong judgment when addressing sensitive security inquiries.

Nice to Have

Practical background with security questionnaires, audits, or vendor risk assessments.
Knowledge of cloud security tools and platforms such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and IAM.
History of scaling GRC or compliance workflows in expanding organizations.
Experience dealing directly with enterprise accounts or financial services clients.
