The Real Estate and Workplace team operates the facilities and services that support staff across a growing global office network, connecting workplaces through reliable commuting options tailored to local conditions and employee needs.

Operating from the San Francisco office with up to 10 percent travel required, the individual in this role will balance global consistency with local infrastructure requirements. Daily duties involve scaling transportation portfolios—including shuttles, parking, micromobility, transit benefits, and electric vehicle charging—while collaborating closely with internal operations, legal, finance, and people teams.

  • Build a scalable operating model across regions, including repeatable launch playbooks and vendor standards.
  • Manage transportation vendors from sourcing and onboarding through service reviews, renewals, and corrective action.
  • Own program budgets, forecasts, invoice review, and business cases using utilization and cost data.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Workplace Operations, Legal, Finance, and People to deliver integrated programs.

What you need

  • Direct experience building and scaling employee transportation programs across multiple countries during significant organizational growth.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple transportation modes, including shuttles, parking, micromobility, and transit or commuter benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous expansion needs into practical plans, budgets, and operating standards.
  • Experience managing complex vendor relationships and commercial performance, including service levels and budgets.
  • Ability to use data to evaluate demand, service quality, utilization, and cost while explaining tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
