Role Overview

Dust is hiring a Global Head of AI Deployment & Partner Delivery based in Paris. The person in this role will act as a player-coach to lead the global AI deployment team, personally manage complex deployments, and establish methodologies that scale across regions and partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Dust's existing global AI deployment team, set priorities, hire practitioners, and shape career paths and regional coverage.
Build a unified deployment method from discovery to handoff that Dust and partner teams can execute consistently.
Personally lead complex, high-priority, and first-of-their-kind deployments from initial scoping to lasting enterprise adoption.
Collaborate with Partnerships to select, onboard, train, and certify a high-quality partner delivery network.
Turn lessons from customer engagements into reusable playbooks, templates, reference architectures, and product feedback.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience leading and developing customer-facing deployment or delivery teams through periods of fast change.
Experience leading complex enterprise deployments or transformation programs with measurable customer outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to build or improve a deployment methodology, professional services model, or delivery function.
Experience leading organizational change alongside technology rollouts with established champion networks or adoption plans.
Familiarity with how systems integrators, consultancies, and implementation partners staff, deliver, and grow a practice.
