Role Overview

The Founding Recruiting Operations Coordinator will serve as an essential operational anchor for international markets, specifically supporting APAC, Japan, and MENA regions. Based out of Singapore, the professional in this role collaborates closely with global recruiters, hiring managers, and people teams to deliver an exceptional experience for every candidate and employee.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple international time zones with precision and urgency.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the global hiring journey.
Maintain accurate candidate data, track progress within the applicant tracking system, and manage logistics and feedback collection.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for new hires and departing staff in APAC and MENA.
Ensure accurate employee data management, compliance tracking with local advisors, and execution of global people policies.
Partner with the International People team to standardize workflows, measure hiring metrics, and build scalable processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field of study.
One to three years of professional experience in recruiting operations and coordination.
Exceptional organizational skills accompanied by high attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and confidence.
Adaptability and proactivity to thrive in a fast-paced, global company setting.

Nice to Have

Previous experience supporting multiple regions or managing workflows across different time zones.
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms, specifically Ashby.
