Role Overview

In this customer-facing engineering role, the professional will guide French-speaking clients from initial onboarding through ongoing platform optimization. The position combines client communication with hands-on software development, creating MVPs, building new features, and driving product innovation. Operating without rigid corporate hierarchy, team members take total ownership of projects and collaborate closely with product and engineering groups to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with clients throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage to maximize platform value.
Develop robust applications and tools using full-stack technologies.
Design, implement, and iterate on AI and machine learning features, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcribers.
Manage application programming interfaces and integrations with third-party systems to ensure smooth operations.
Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver customized client solutions.
Solve problems iteratively based on user feedback and continuously manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

Native or fluent French speaker at a C1 or C2 level for direct client communication.
Strong practical background in full-stack development covering React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on proficiency using Python.
Direct experience building artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, such as LLM prompting and tuning.
Demonstrated capability to manage APIs and integrate third-party systems.
Excellent communication skills capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
