Role Overview

As part of the Strategic Opportunities department, this role sits on a team of former finance professionals who assist top-tier institutions in integrating artificial intelligence into daily operations and overarching strategies. The chosen candidate will drive full-cycle client relationships, secure financial wins by demonstrating platform value, and bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and real-world investment use cases in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with bankers and investors to diagnose workflow obstacles and demonstrate how artificial intelligence solves those hurdles.
Position oneself as an authority on tackling complex client challenges like mergers and acquisitions advisory, public company financial research, and company diligence processes.
Run customized product demonstrations targeted to various financial practices, validating where the platform adds distinct value.
Collaborate with the marketing division to create targeted content for finance professionals across different practice areas.
Serve as the internal voice of the customer, relaying user feedback to the product group through a financial services perspective and helping sales teams refine their tactics.
Introduce new solutions customized to specific client requirements and research competitors and target accounts.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional background working in private or brokerage wealth management, preferably inside a top-tier banking or private banking setting.
Exceptional project management abilities paired with strong communication skills, deep organization, and extreme attention to detail.
An action-oriented attitude that pairs creative problem-solving with the drive to achieve results.

Nice to Have

Prior experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup enterprise.
Familiarity with large language models, including the ability to explain transformer mechanics.
