Role Overview

Scale AI leads the artificial intelligence revolution by helping major organizations unlock the potential of generative AI using their proprietary data. The Forward Deployed Product Manager takes charge of large AI projects for enterprise customers, working directly alongside client teams. The individual builds bespoke solutions powered by the Scale GenAI Platform, ranging from custom wealth management copilots to automated content-generation systems and Text2SQL business intelligence applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design enterprise-grade solutions utilizing advanced artificial intelligence to deliver business value across various industries.
Collaborate with executive leadership at Scale AI and client organizations to define and execute effective product strategies.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle by identifying customer challenges, establishing requirements, and managing testing and launches.
Direct cross-functional groups encompassing engineering, design, operations, marketing, go-to-market, and finance teams.
Translate custom-built client solutions into repeatable software products that can be commercialized industry-wide.

Requirements

Possess a technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Bring four or more years of background in creating machine learning-powered products, with enterprise-facing experience considered an asset.
Demonstrate a solid comprehension of generative AI technologies and their business applications.
Thrive in fast-paced environments characterized by high ambiguity.
Exhibit exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional groups.
