Key Responsibilities

Balance technical scope, development speed, and output quality while writing direct code when needed
Translate practical field insights into reusable tools, playbooks, and reports for internal product and research teams

Requirements

Minimum of five years of engineering or technical deployment experience involving client interactions
Proven ability to design and deliver complex systems within fast-paced or ambiguous environments
Proficiency in writing and reviewing production-ready code across frontend and backend technologies using Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks
Practical background in building or deploying applications driven by generative models or large language models
Strong communication skills tailored for technical peers, product teams, and client stakeholders
