Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end technical delivery across multiple client deployments from initial prototypes to stable production environments.
Construct full-stack systems that deliver practical customer value and inform future developments.
Collaborate directly with client engineering teams to understand needs and guide the adoption of implemented solutions.
Determine project scope, sequence deliveries, and remove obstacles promptly while balancing scope, speed, and quality.
Write production-grade code directly when necessary and translate working patterns into reusable tools and playbooks.
Supply feedback from the field to research and product departments to enhance model performance and usability.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of engineering or technical deployment experience involving client-facing duties.
Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver complex systems within fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
Proficiency in writing and reviewing production-grade code across frontend and backend domains using Python, JavaScript, or comparable technology stacks.
Experience building or deploying applications powered by large language models or generative models.
