Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end deployment of the North platform in private cloud and on-premises environments, covering planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
Partner directly with enterprise IT teams to evaluate infrastructure, data management practices, and security requirements.
Design and implement tailored deployment strategies that comply with strict data privacy and security standards.
Experiment at high velocity while maintaining quality to deliver client solutions that exceed expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployments promptly to minimize downtime.

Requirements

Experience with and enjoyment of working directly with customers.
Proven experience deploying enterprise software within private or hybrid cloud environments.
Demonstrated experience administering production Kubernetes clusters alongside expertise with Helm.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git for version control.
Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP, as well as networking and virtualization.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and execute effectively when priorities shift.
Fluent Korean language skills combined with business-level English proficiency.
Anticipated travel between 20% and 40%.
