Role Overview

In this customer-facing engineering role, you will bridge the gap between clients and the core technology team. You will lead onboarding, oversee technical implementation, and deliver ongoing support while driving product innovation. Operating without rigid hierarchies, the organization relies on independent builders who take full ownership of their projects and care deeply about client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with clients throughout onboarding and ongoing usage to integrate and optimize artificial intelligence solutions.
Build new features, minimal viable products, and scalable applications that directly influence customer success.
Design, implement, and iterate on AI and machine learning applications, including large language model prompting and voice tuning.
Manage application programming interfaces and third-party system integrations to guarantee smooth operational functionality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver customized client solutions.
Solve problems iteratively by utilizing customer feedback and adapting to changing technical needs.
Prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously under tight delivery deadlines while maintaining strict quality standards.

Requirements

Strong full-stack development experience utilizing React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on practical proficiency in Python.
Direct background in building artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, covering large language model prompting and tuning.
Proven capability to manage APIs and execute integrations with third-party software.
Exceptional communication skills capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under strict schedules.
Independent founder mindset characterized by extreme ownership and agility.
