Role Overview

Operating without rigid corporate hierarchy, the team functions as a collective of hands-on builders who own their outcomes and prioritize client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with enterprise clients throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage phases to ensure smooth integration and optimal utilization of autonomous AI solutions.
Design, build, and deliver MVPs, new product features, and scalable tooling that directly enhance client outcomes.
Handle API management and third-party integrations to guarantee dependable functionality across complex customer systems.
Create, implement, and iterate on machine learning applications, which include LLM prompt engineering, voice tuning, and transcriber optimizations.
Partner alongside product, engineering, and customer success divisions to craft customized operational solutions.
Handle multiple projects concurrently under tight delivery schedules while preserving rigorous quality standards.

Requirements

Strong professional background in full-stack programming using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on technical proficiency in Python.
Demonstrated experience developing artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, including large language model prompting and tuning.
Competence in managing APIs and executing third-party software integrations.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to clarify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and navigate multiple concurrent projects efficiently under strict deadlines.
Independent founder mindset characterized by extreme personal ownership and adaptability within a fast-moving startup environment.
