Role Overview

monday.com seeks a Forward-Deployed Engineer within the Services organization to serve as a technical partner for major customers. Operating from Singapore in a hybrid arrangement requiring four days per week in the office or customer locations, the professional handles high-visibility tasks at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders to analyze operational challenges and refine technical requirements.
Architect, build, and deploy scalable workflows, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and minimum viable products.
Manage technical onboarding tasks including integrations, Single Sign-On, SCIM provisioning, and security configurations.
Create automation scripts and tooling to accelerate deployments and resolve complex system issues across the stack.
Share field insights with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence future platform capabilities and documentation.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in a customer-facing, implementation, or forward-deployed technical position within enterprise software or SaaS.
Ability to convert business processes into structured system logic and facilitate discovery with executive stakeholders.
Working knowledge of integration protocols such as REST APIs, GraphQL, SAML/OIDC, and SCIM.
Practical background in Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, including LLMs, MCP, and AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
Capacity to navigate ambiguous situations independently and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or Power Automate.
Proficiency in reading and writing code across a modern web stack featuring Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
Exposure to data engineering, machine learning workflows, analytics, and data modeling principles.
