Role Overview

As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions for small and medium-sized business clients. Operating out of the New York office, the individual will connect Aircall's AI Agent technology with key customer infrastructure such as CRMs, help desks, and communication platforms. This revenue-driving function sits within the go-to-market organization, bridging technical consulting, product ownership, and professional services to drive adoption and generate measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery sessions and design architecture to map business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Build and deploy integrations using low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation software paired with API connectors.
Configure and optimize AI Agents by defining intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, and key performance metrics.
Manage complex, cross-functional deployments while maintaining strict timelines and aligning various stakeholders.
Create scalable models, reference architectures, and reusable frameworks to streamline future project execution.
Drive internal and external product education, lead workshops, and train channel partners and peers.
Partner closely with account executives and management to hit regional top-line targets and product-specific recurring revenue goals.

Requirements

Possesses zero to six plus years of professional experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or integration-focused project management.
Demonstrates strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
Exhibits a robust command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures like JSON, REST, and GraphQL.
Brings practical understanding of AI workflow configuration, monitoring, and prompt engineering.
Hands-on familiarity with low-code platforms and CRM automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives alongside product, engineering, and customer success teams.

Nice to Have

Previous experience working with telephony, voice, or contact center systems including SIP, WebRTC, call routing, and containment.
Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics platforms such as BigQuery, Looker, and Snowflake.
Exposure to writing scripts in JavaScript or Python for light customization and debugging tasks.

Salary and Benefits

Base salary range of $120,000 to $190,000 per year, accompanied by a quarterly bonus structured at twenty percent.
