Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to translate complex business problems into structured agentic workflows with defined success criteria and evaluation methods.
Lead the design, construction, and delivery of Large Language Model agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing actions across APIs, tools, and sensitive enterprise data sources with high reliability.
Build and ship features for North, the enterprise AI workspace platform, managing the complete product lifecycle from early concepts to production environments.
Take ownership of scoping use cases end-to-end, adapting to technical needs including frontend development to deliver effective solutions.
Create shared patterns and frameworks that support consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple teams and clients.
Travel up to twenty to forty percent of the time to work on-site directly with partners and customers.

Requirements

Demonstrated hands-on software development experience using Python to write clean, scalable, and observable code.
Proven background in building and launching performant RAG applications and multi-step task execution agents using patterns like ReAct or Plan-and-Execute.
Deep familiarity with the modern LLM technology stack, including vector databases, frontier models, and orchestration frameworks.
Ability to construct robust evaluation frameworks that measure accuracy, safety, and latency beyond simple trial and error.
Strong communication skills to lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders and translate ambiguous needs into clear specifications.
Capacity to thrive within fast-paced, shifting environments while maintaining execution quality.

Nice to Have

Experience setting architectural standards for agentic systems across distributed internal or external teams.
Background in handling unfamiliar technical areas such as frontend tasks when required by the problem.
Exposure to regulated industries including healthcare, telecommunications, and finance.
