Role Overview

HappyRobot is hiring a remote Forward Deployed Engineer based in Brazil to help global enterprises integrate and maximize the value of autonomous AI workforce infrastructure. This technical and client-facing role is ideal for an autonomous builder with full-stack and AI application experience who wants to drive real-world enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage to ensure optimal integration of AI solutions.
Design, build, and ship new features, MVPs, and scalable applications that directly influence customer outcomes.
Manage third-party APIs and system integrations to guarantee smooth functionality.
Build and iterate on AI and machine learning tools, including LLM prompting, transcriber configuration, and voice tuning.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored technology solutions.
Handle multiple projects under strict deadlines while maintaining top-tier results and incorporating client feedback.

Requirements

Strong background in full-stack development using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on coding proficiency in Python.
Demonstrated experience developing AI and machine learning applications, such as LLM prompting and model tuning.
Capability to handle API management and third-party system integrations.
Exceptional communication skills capable of breaking down technical subjects for non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines independently.
Founder mindset marked by high independence, extreme ownership, and a fast-paced work ethic.
