Role Overview

In this position, you will combine strong technical abilities with excellent interpersonal skills, working directly with clients to maximize the value of the HappyRobot artificial intelligence platform. You will participate in onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support, while also contributing directly to product development and innovation. The organization operates without traditional hierarchy as a flat team of builders who execute, own outcomes, and care deeply about client success.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with customers from onboarding to ongoing usage, helping them integrate and optimize artificial intelligence solutions.
Build new features, minimum viable products, and scalable systems that directly impact user outcomes.
Design, implement, and iterate on machine learning applications, including prompt engineering, voice tuning, and transcribers.
Manage APIs and integrations with third-party software to ensure seamless functionality.
Partner with product, engineering, and client success divisions to deliver tailored solutions.
Continuously improve artificial intelligence solutions based on client feedback and evolving requirements.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.

Requirements

Strong full-stack development experience utilizing React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on proficiency in Python.
Experience building machine learning applications, including prompt engineering and model tuning.
Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives under strict deadlines.
