Role Overview

In this customer-facing position, professionals work directly with clients from onboarding through ongoing usage to ensure they maximize the value of HappyRobot’s AI platform. The position involves combining technical development with strong communication abilities, guiding implementation, and collaborating with internal product teams to shape the future of autonomous enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with clients during onboarding, integration, and ongoing optimization of AI solutions.
Design, build, and ship new features, MVPs, and scalable applications that drive positive customer outcomes.
Develop applications utilizing React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
Implement and iterate on AI and machine learning tools, including large language model prompting, voice tuning, and transcribers.
Manage APIs and build seamless integrations with third-party enterprise systems.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success departments.
Travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time for customer discovery workshops, live demonstrations, and onsite collaboration.

Requirements

Strong practical experience in full-stack engineering using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on coding proficiency in Python.
Direct background in building artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, such as LLM prompting and model tuning.
Proven capability to manage APIs and integrate external software systems.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines independently.
Independent founder mindset characterized by extreme ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
