Role Overview

The Forward Deployed Engineer bridges the gap between advanced technology and customer success. Working directly with global enterprises, this role handles everything from initial onboarding and implementation to ongoing technical support. Operating without traditional corporate hierarchy, team members take full ownership of projects, write production code, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to maximize the value of AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage to ensure optimal integration of AI solutions.
Build new features, MVPs, and scalable applications that drive positive customer outcomes.
Design, implement, and iterate on artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
Manage APIs and integrate third-party systems to guarantee seamless platform functionality.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized solutions.
Solve complex technical problems iteratively based on real-time client feedback and changing project requirements.
Prioritize and manage multiple engineering projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

Requirements

Strong full-stack development expertise utilizing React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on practical proficiency in Python.
Proven experience in building artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, covering LLM prompting and model tuning.
Demonstrated ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party enterprise systems.
Excellent communication skills capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects efficiently within strict deadlines.
A founder mindset characterized by high independence, extreme ownership, and a comfort with fast-paced environments.
