Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will combine technical expertise with strong communication abilities to guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. Operating without traditional hierarchy, you will act as a core builder who owns projects from inception to completion. Your daily work bridges the gap between client requirements and product innovation, ensuring enterprise systems successfully leverage autonomous AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage to integrate AI solutions.
Build new features, MVPs, and scalable applications that drive positive customer outcomes.
Design, implement, and iterate on AI and machine learning applications, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcribers.
Manage APIs and third-party system integrations to guarantee seamless platform functionality.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines while upholding high quality standards.

Requirements

Strong professional experience in full-stack development using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on coding proficiency in Python.
Demonstrated background in building AI and machine learning applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
Competence in managing APIs and integrating with third-party software systems.
Excellent communication skills capable of explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines independently.
Founder mindset characterized by extreme ownership, high independence, and a proactive attitude.
