Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between advanced technology and customer success. Operating within a flat team structure focused on execution and ownership, you will collaborate directly with clients while driving product innovation and technical growth from Argentina.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage to ensure they successfully adopt and optimize AI solutions.
Build new features, MVPs, and scalable applications that drive positive customer outcomes.
Design, implement, and refine AI and machine learning workflows, including large language model prompting, voice tuning, and transcription systems.
Manage and configure APIs and third-party integrations to guarantee seamless system functionality.
Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success departments to deliver tailored solutions.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines while upholding high technical standards.

Requirements

Strong full-stack programming experience using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Practical, hands-on proficiency in Python.
Direct background in building AI and machine learning applications, such as LLM prompting and model tuning.
Demonstrated ability to manage APIs and integrate diverse third-party systems.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the capability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proven capacity to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Independent, founder-oriented mindset characterized by extreme ownership and agility.
