Rogo is seeking a Forward Deployed, Corporate Banking professional to join the team in New York City for a full-time position. This role is well-suited for someone with a background in corporate or commercial banking who wants to help top financial institutions integrate advanced artificial intelligence into their daily workflows.

Role Overview

As part of the Strategic Opportunities department, the Forward Deployed team helps premier financial institutions apply artificial intelligence to daily operations and long-term planning. The person in this role will drive full-cycle client engagements, secure the financial win, and position Rogo as an indispensable asset for deal teams, investment banks, and private equity funds. The position operates out of New York City.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with bankers and investors to identify workflow obstacles and demonstrate how Rogo addresses those challenges.
Act as a trusted subject matter expert in solving complex issues like M&A advisory, company diligence workflows, and public company financial research.
Deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to the specific context of prospective financial clients.
Collaborate with the marketing division to create targeted content that connects with banking professionals and investors.
Serve as the Voice of the Customer by synthesizing client feedback for product developers and refining sales strategies.
Introduce new solutions that directly align with individual customer requirements.
Analyze competitors and research target customer accounts.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience working in a front office finance capacity, specifically within commercial banking and/or corporate banking.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
Action-oriented mindset characterized by creative problem-solving and the resourcefulness to drive results.

Nice to Have

Prior experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
Working knowledge of large language models and the ability to explain transformer architecture.
