Function as the primary voice of the customer, sharing industry perspectives to refine sales tactics and relaying user feedback to the product group.
Introduce new solutions customized to unique customer requirements and enhance market perception of the company.
Perform thorough research and analysis concerning target clients and industry competitors.

Requirements

Minimum of four years of experience working in a front-office finance capacity.
Professional fluency in both the Japanese and English languages.
Exceptional project management capabilities alongside strong communication skills, deep organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
An action-oriented mindset combining creative problem-solving with the drive to deliver concrete results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have
