Working closely with customers to understand their specific domains and key performance indicators, the strategist translates complex business needs into actionable technical execution plans. This person acts as a central bridge connecting pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product groups to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes. What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design of artificial intelligence transformation projects by assessing customer business domains and systems.
- Architect agent-based solutions, workflows, and system integrations that align with client goals and industry standards.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with applied AI engineers to oversee solution execution and ensure architectural alignment.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to scope opportunities, define technical requirements, and evaluate feasibility.
- Design modular architectures that scale across multiple customers and vertical markets while maintaining security and compliance standards.
What you need
- Bring seven or more years of experience in solution architecture or consulting roles focused on enterprise-scale software implementations.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience utilizing generative AI tools, major cloud platforms, and modern integration patterns.
- Possess a strong grasp of customer priorities with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related academic discipline.
- Maintain a willingness to travel up to eighty percent of the time for on-site client engagements and technical workshops.
