Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of the NetSuite ERP environment, including architecture, configuration, integrations, and strategic planning across general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, and revenue recognition.
Drive end-to-end process excellence for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows by resolving integration gaps.
Identify and implement finance workflow automations, prioritizing the deployment of AI agents to eliminate manual tasks.
Establish operational controls, data governance frameworks, and service-level agreements to guarantee audit readiness and SOX compliance.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and Engineering teams to convert business needs into scalable system solutions.
Lead system upgrades, third-party integrations, and performance monitoring while ensuring data integrity and security.
Create documentation, training materials, and support processes to promote best practices across finance teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience handling NetSuite ERP administration and configuration across financial modules.
Comprehensive expertise in financial workflows like accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end close.
Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies along with a track record of executing finance automation solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Base compensation range between $135,000 and $280,000 USD per year.
