Role Overview

The Enterprise Systems Developer- Order to Cash is a hybrid technical role based in Austin, Texas, responsible for managing core financial operations systems at Cloudflare. This position suits an experienced systems professional who enjoys optimizing financial workflows, streamlining the month-end close, and implementing AI-driven tools within enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main technical owner and subject-matter expert for O2C and R2R technology ecosystems including NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, and Oracle Fusion.
Administer user provisioning, role-based access control, security settings, and environment management across production and sandbox instances.
Design, construct, and deploy custom system enhancements, automated billing schedules, journal entry automations, revenue allocation scripts, and API integrations.
Evaluate, implement, and govern native artificial intelligence features within the financial stack to drive automated cash matching and anomaly detection.
Partner directly with accounting and finance leadership to translate operational requirements into scalable architecture and automated workflow solutions.
Maintain robust IT general controls and data governance, ensuring strict compliance with SOX mandates and leading quarterly access reviews.

Requirements

Hold a bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems development and administration with a strong focus on financial ERPs.
Demonstrate proven expertise configuring and administering NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Possess a strong understanding of system integration logic, REST and SOAP APIs, and data flows across Quote-to-Cash cycles.
Demonstrate extensive background working in strict SOX-compliant public company environments with strong audit and compliance acumen.
