Key Responsibilities

Take full accountability for customer success and commercial development across a portfolio of complex generative AI accounts.
Establish and maintain trusting relationships with frontier AI lab researchers and operational leaders across the entire project lifecycle.
Translate ambiguous client requests into structured human-data programs managed by internal delivery teams.
Handle nuanced discussions regarding delivery timelines, quality, and throughput utilizing strong operational expertise.
Spot account expansion opportunities through proactive, consultative customer interactions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and planning departments to optimize delivery outcomes.

Requirements

Bring at least five years of professional background in consulting, technical program management, or technical product management.
Demonstrate a proven history in business-to-business environments, managing client relations, and scaling accounts.
Possess a solid technical background stemming from academic or professional exposure to STEM disciplines such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Economics.
Maintain enough familiarity with the machine learning training lifecycle to hold meaningful conversations with technical clients.

Nice to Have

Hold a graduate degree such as a Master's or PhD, or have research background in a STEM field.
Bring prior work experience at a foundational model developer, frontier lab, or a fast-scaling artificial intelligence enterprise.
Possess practical, hands-on exposure working directly with data, machine learning models, or artificial intelligence through research, engineering, or technical product functions.

Salary and Benefits

Base salary range of $192,800 to $241,000 USD for full-time employment in San Francisco and New York locations.
