Director, Product Design (AI Experience)
About this role
The Director, Product Design (AI Experience) position at AlphaSense is an exciting leadership opportunity based in New York, New York, or available as a remote role within the United States. This position is ideal for an experienced design leader who wants to guide the future of AI-native financial intelligence platforms and coach a talented team of senior designers.
Role Overview
AlphaSense is hiring a design leader to own the user experience for its most important frontier: the AI-native, agentic product used by customers to build on proprietary financial data. The company is transitioning from a traditional research library into an end-to-end workflow platform that functions as a "super analyst." This role requires setting the design vision for the AI experience, leading a small team, and collaborating directly with Product and Engineering to turn a complex, cross-team problem space into a coherent product. Operating as a player-coach, the individual will guide senior designers while maintaining hands-on design craft.
