Conduct onboarding and training sessions to guarantee users achieve long-term success and adoption.
Present strategic findings and recommendations to audiences ranging from frontline operators to company executives.
Drive account expansion by discovering new use cases and broadening the platform footprint within organizations.

Requirements

Strong ability to connect user needs, data insights, and product capabilities to unlock customer value.
Experience working directly with enterprise operations, end users, and decision-makers.
Capacity to collaborate across engineering and business teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
Skill in analyzing datasets, designing scalable workflows, and leading user training.
