Role Overview

Cognition is seeking a Deployed Engineer to join the team in Doha for a full-time, onsite position. This customer-facing technical role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys bridging the gap between advanced artificial intelligence products and real-world engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities

Take charge of all technical phases of the client journey, guiding users from initial setup to full activation and platform success.
Collaborate closely with client engineering teams to pinpoint high-impact use cases and integrate Devin and Windsurf into production systems.
Cultivate strong relationships with users to foster high product utilization, smooth adoption, and continuous engagement.
Listen to user feedback, build requested features directly, and act as a strong advocate for client needs within the internal team.
Serve as the primary technical expert, utilizing sharp product instincts to influence future roadmap planning.
Travel across the MENA region up to fifty percent of the time.

Requirements

Possess a solid engineering foundation gained within a rigorous technical setting.
Show a documented history of standout performance across academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
Operate as a self-directed individual capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workflows independently.
Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage with senior-level engineers and executives.
Maintain a high comfort level with ambiguity, high-intensity situations, and sustained effort during demanding tasks.
Commit to travelling within the MENA region as required by the business.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python or TypeScript.
Practical background in writing and debugging authentic software systems.
Enthusiasm for partnering directly with end-users on high-impact technical challenges.
Rapid learning capability through immersion in complex, real-world environments.
Previous experience working inside an early-stage startup or in positions requiring work far beyond standard job descriptions.
