Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with go-to-market stakeholders to transform complex business questions into dependable, scalable data products.
Develop and manage reporting in Looker, encompassing LookML creation and dashboard layouts to support daily self-service analytics.
Enhance dashboard reliability and speed by executing query optimization, refining caching methods, and maintaining content hygiene.
Participate in data governance and metric certification processes to guarantee consistent, trustworthy definitions across departments.
Create specialized stakeholder-facing analytical applications when traditional dashboards fall short of business requirements.
Collaborate alongside data engineers to upgrade the overall data stack and implement upstream fixes in the modeling layer.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of 2 years of practical experience working in analytics, business intelligence, or data science within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL, including the capability to interpret and refine pre-existing queries.
Possess working knowledge of Python for analytical tasks.
Show hands-on expertise with Looker and LookML, specifically in constructing views and explores rather than solely reviewing dashboards.
Display advanced visualization capabilities to transform raw numbers into concise, readable insights using platforms like Hex and Looker.
Maintain familiarity with orchestration instruments and pipeline frameworks such as dbt and Airflow.
