Leadership of the Growth & Revenue data engineering group involves defining overarching data strategy and execution boundaries. Daily collaboration with Data Science, Product, and Finance partners ensures product behavior correctly maps to subscriber measurement and financial truth. What you will do
- Build, manage, and grow an inclusive data engineering team focused on growth and revenue subject areas.
- Define the overarching data strategy for all owned data domains.
- Deliver durable data products connecting product behavior, subscription states, and revenue.
- Establish trusted metric definitions and data quality standards for cross-functional decision-making.
- Partner with finance and engineering teams to ensure analytical revenue views reconcile with financial systems.
- Raise operational excellence standards for critical pipelines regarding reliability, privacy, and governance.
What you need
- Deep experience leading and scaling data engineering teams in fast-moving environments.
- Strong technical judgment across modern data systems including SQL, Python or Scala, and Spark.
- Experience building trusted subscription, billing, payments, or monetization data products at scale.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into durable data contracts and technical roadmaps.
- Demonstrated capability in building strong partnerships across data science, product, and finance functions.
