Role Overview

Rogo is seeking a Business Value Consultant to join its GTM team in New York City on a full-time basis. This role suits an analytical professional with a background in management consulting, IT consulting, or enterprise sales who wants to drive commercial strategy for AI adoption in finance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business value assessments on major enterprise deals and strategic accounts to quantify the impact of Rogo's platform.
Facilitate blueprint and use case workshops with customer stakeholders to define success criteria and substantiate business cases.
Build comprehensive ROI, TCO, and payback models to navigate procurement, finance, and technology committee scrutiny.
Partner with Account Executives to lead value-based discovery with both business and technical stakeholders.
Craft and deliver executive-level presentations and business case narratives directly to CxOs and steering committees.
Shape pursuit strategy, qualify opportunities based on business impact, and support commercial negotiations.
Define measurable value hypotheses during proof of value kickoffs and report on realized value during and after the process.
Develop and operationalize scalable models, frameworks, and talk tracks for Rogo's Business Value Program.

Requirements

Six or more years of relevant professional experience, including at least four years running business value assessments in management consulting, IT consulting, enterprise sales, or a related customer-facing advisory role.
Degree in an analytical field such as engineering, economics, or finance.
Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities combined with the ability to simplify complex data.
Demonstrated executive presence with experience leading complex value conversations with C-level stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of shaping deals in complex enterprise sales environments.
Familiarity with financial services workflows spanning banking, private equity, or asset management.
Prior experience working at a SaaS company featuring a complex sales cycle.
Experience leveraging AI to reimagine how go-to-market teams operate.
Comfort utilizing Salesforce and go-to-market data structures for value measurement.
A builder's instinct with a history of personally creating analytical models, tools, and frameworks.
