Key Responsibilities

Partner with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity and financial outcomes.
Manage overall customer program operations and delivery alongside the account team.
Maintain clear visibility for both clients and the organization regarding playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics.
Build strong relationships and customer trust through consistent delivery.
Oversee onboarding and rollout procedures for thousands of engineers to guarantee successful deployment.
Apply technical program management and analytical abilities to support customer executives with value realization and tracking.
Establish centers of excellence within client accounts and empower them via specialized enablement programs.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Prior experience as a software engineering intern or full-time software engineer.
Three to five years of experience at a top-three strategy consulting firm with a strong focus on technology strategy, value targeting, and building client relationships.
Thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with a demonstrated capacity to learn exceptionally fast.

Nice to Have

Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
Background in successfully sourcing and managing complex enterprise account growth.
Previous experience working as a software engineer, systems engineer, technical account manager, or in another technical capacity.
Experience as a startup founder or early-stage team member at a high-growth startup.
Highly ambitious and competitive nature suited for high-intensity workplaces.
