Role Overview

As an Applied AI Transformation Manager, the professional embeds directly within select strategic accounts at Cognition. The position focuses on guiding customers from upfront strategy to comprehensive program management and delivery. Working closely with senior and functional leaders, the person in this role designs value realization targets, oversees enterprise-wide implementations of agentic AI, and shapes operational models for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customer leadership to pinpoint, measure, and report value targets concerning financial impact and productivity improvements.
Oversee overall customer program delivery and operations alongside the Cognition account team.
Maintain clear visibility on playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics for both clients and the internal team.
Cultivate strong client trust and relationships through successful project delivery.
Manage onboarding and rollout processes for thousands of engineers to guarantee successful deployments.
Apply technical program management and analytical skills to assist customer executives with tracking value realization.
Establish centers of excellence within client accounts using tailored enablement programs.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Prior practical work experience as a software engineering intern or in a full-time software engineering capacity.
Three to five years of tenure at a Big 3 strategy consulting firm with expertise in technology strategy, client relationship expansion, and value targeting and realization.
Capacity to thrive and move quickly in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
Demonstrated capability to learn at an exceptional pace.

Nice to Have

Two or more years of experience working in a customer-facing role at a startup.
Experience participating in complex enterprise teams involving account growth sourcing and management.
Background as a software engineer, technical account manager, solutions engineer, or other technical positions.
Experience as an early-stage employee or founder at a high-growth startup.
Highly ambitious and competitive nature suited for high-intensity work environments.
