Key Responsibilities

Partner with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report value targets focused on productivity gains and financial impact.
Manage overall customer program operations and delivery alongside the account team.
Provide visibility on playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics to both customer and internal stakeholders.
Maintain strong customer trust and relationships through successful program delivery.
Oversee onboarding and rollout processes for thousands of engineers to ensure successful deployment.
Apply technical program management and analytical skills to assist customer executives with value tracking.
Establish centers of excellence within accounts using customized enablement programs.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Prior software engineering internship or full-time work experience.
Three to five years of experience at a Big 3 strategy consulting firm, featuring a strong background in technology strategy and value targeting.
Proven track record in building and expanding client relationships.
Ability to thrive and grow quickly in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a demonstrated capacity to learn exceptionally fast.

Nice to Have

Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
Background in managing complex enterprise teams, sourcing, and driving account growth.
Previous experience working in a technical role such as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or technical account manager.
Early-stage employee or founder experience at a high-growth startup.
Highly ambitious, competitive nature suited for high-intensity environments.
