What you will do
- Partner directly with engineering leaders and hands-on developers to design and deploy AI systems that transform software development.
- Work hands-on in code to build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, reference implementations, integrations, and production accelerators.
- Help customers progress from promising experiments to reliable production workflows and sustained developer adoption across organizations.
- Design systematic approaches for evaluating AI coding systems using representative tasks, automated graders, and production signals.
- Make sound technical decisions across models, agents, tools, reliability, observability, security, and operational readiness.
- Gather high-fidelity insights from real-world deployments and translate them into clear product proposals and technical requirements.
What you need
- Demonstrated track record of designing, building, and delivering software or AI systems in enterprise environments from prototype to production.
- Substantial personal contributions in code, architecture, evaluation, debugging, integrations, or production engineering.
- High proficiency in Python along with comfort working across modern software development environments.
- Active use of AI coding tools with a strong perspective on improving developer productivity and software engineering workflows.
- Ability to navigate enterprise production requirements including tooling integrations, reliability, security, privacy, performance, and cost.
- Fluency in both English and German.
