What you will do
- Act as the primary technical advisor and long-term relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic partners, building trusted connections with executive leadership and engineering teams.
- Partner with revenue teams to align technical priorities, assess partner delivery readiness, and develop comprehensive enablement strategies.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with partners and joint customers to identify and prioritize AI use cases tied to business outcomes.
- Design applied AI architectures that span models, enterprise data, security, privacy, governance, and deployment reliability.
- Guide organizations through initial deployments, ensuring solutions meet high standards for quality, security, and responsible implementation.
- Orchestrate internal specialists across deployment, engineering, and security while maintaining clear ownership of the partnership outcomes.
- Synthesize feedback from partners and customers to help shape future product strategy and technical guidance across the ecosystem.
What you need
- Significant experience in senior customer- or partner-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, field architecture, or technical consulting.
- Demonstrated background working successfully with global or regional system integrators, consulting firms, or major technology partners.
- Strong software and cloud architecture foundations, including APIs, distributed systems, enterprise data, security, and governance.
- Deep understanding of modern AI systems, frontier large language models, agentic applications, and enterprise AI workflows.
- Proficiency working with APIs, SDKs, and programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Proven ability to build credibility and communicate effectively with C-level executives, technical leaders, and hands-on engineers alike.
