Role Overview

Writer is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to act as a strategic partner for key Fortune 100 accounts located in the East region. Based out of the New York City office on a hybrid schedule, this position involves translating platform capabilities into tangible profit and loss outcomes while helping executive leadership teams navigate shifts toward an AI-first operational model. The individual in this position reports directly to the Director of AI Transformation and Success.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of accounts while driving return on investment initiatives alongside customer success managers.
Serve as a strategic transformation partner for major enterprise accounts by establishing visions and frameworks with leadership teams.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives to prioritize artificial intelligence initiatives.
Measure value realization and ROI through surveys and interviews to present financial impacts during business reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional programs across diverse stakeholders, managing customer teams, risk mitigation, and escalations.
Identify and foster expansion paths by anticipating client needs and collaborating with sales on cross-selling and upsell efforts.
Codify transformation best practices by creating reusable decks, frameworks, and communications for the broader team.

Requirements

Possess five to nine years of experience in transformation consulting or strategic account management for large enterprise organizations.
Demonstrate expertise in change management and strategic thinking to convert technical capabilities into measurable financial results.
Exhibit executive presence and communication abilities for presenting to boards and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Bring a background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex enterprise environments.
Display intrinsic motivation and alignment with company core values.
