Key Responsibilities

Oversee a customer portfolio while directing return on investment and value initiatives alongside customer success managers.
Serve as a strategic transformation advisor for major accounts by establishing operational visions and frameworks with leadership teams.
Cultivate and manage C-suite relationships to position artificial intelligence as a top priority for executives.
Quantify the financial impact of platform adoption through surveys, interviews, and business reviews.
Direct complex cross-functional programs, handle escalations, mitigate risks, and manage stakeholder communications.
Identify account expansion avenues and coordinate cross-sell and upsell strategies with the sales team.
Document and scale best practices by creating reusable presentations, frameworks, and communication materials.
