Collaborate directly with internal teams to unblock workflows and deliver practical tool leverage.
Run technical enablement sessions, including deep dives, office hours, and knowledge base maintenance.
Administer the enterprise AI estate end-to-end, covering model turn-ups, feature enablement, deprecation, and seat true-ups.

Requirements

Enterprise SaaS administration experience at 1,000+ seats, ideally involving an AI or LLM platform.
Proven ability to write and ship working software using Python or a comparable language, alongside version control, CI, containers, and secrets management.
Hands-on experience integrating LLM and SaaS APIs with familiarity in agent and tool use patterns like MCP.
Working knowledge of identity and access management tools such as Okta, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated machine identity.
Strong operational discipline with a solid understanding of intake queues, SLAs, runbooks, and documentation hygiene.
Exceptional teaching and communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Sound judgment regarding infrastructure investments and organizational needs.
