Key Responsibilities

Handle prompt engineering for large language models and image generation tools to achieve high-fidelity outputs at scale
Manage the complete model quality lifecycle, transitioning early experiments into scalable production systems
Design reliable evaluation frameworks, offline tests, and A/B experiments for measurable performance gains
Monitor live artificial intelligence deployments to track latency, hallucinations, and model drift
Source and clean datasets to improve prompts, models, and evaluation processes

Requirements

Strong coding proficiency in TypeScript and Python
Experience managing production artificial intelligence systems and pushing foundation models further than standard use cases
Ability to work hands-on with data sourcing and cleaning
Comfort operating in rapid, ambiguous, and startup-like environments

Nice to Have

Background working with modern large language models and image generation models like Flux and Imagen
Prior involvement creating AI-native or agent-based products from scratch
