What you will do
- Partner deeply with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging APIs, platform capabilities, and Knowledge Graph features.
- Translate intricate technical concepts into clear recommendations to guide clients through the generative AI landscape.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams by sharing customer feedback that shapes the roadmap.
- Drive down customer time-to-value through scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows.
- Champion successful adoption and expansion of AI solutions within strategic accounts to ensure maximum return on investment.
What you need
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles.
- At least 3 years specifically focused on solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python alongside extensive experience leveraging APIs for prompt design and linguistic principles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence to engage audiences ranging from technical staff to C-suite leaders.
- A builder's mindset with a drive to experiment, learn, and iterate within generative AI.
