What you will do
- Partner closely with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and manage end-to-end implementation.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using the company's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate intricate technical concepts into clear solution recommendations to guide customers through the generative AI landscape.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams by providing customer feedback that influences the product roadmap.
- Drive down customer time-to-value by developing scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient technical integration workflows.
- Champion the successful adoption and expansion of AI solutions within customer accounts to ensure maximum return on investment.
What you need
- Bring over five years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles.
- Possess at least three years of specific experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Demonstrate deep technical fluency in Python alongside extensive experience leveraging APIs for prompt design and linguistic principles.
- Show a proven track record of architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and executive presence to engage audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite leadership.

This is a hybrid role based out of office hubs in San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, Seattle, and London.
What is the compensation for this role?
The salary range is $132K to $184K with offers of equity. Compensation ranges are scaled to match your experience, expertise, and the scope of the role.

Candidates need over five years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, including at least three years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management. Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive API experience are also required.
