About this role

The AI Automation Analyst at OpenLoop is a full-time, hands-on build role based at the Peru headquarters, ideal for professionals with experience in revenue operations and automation who want to deploy production-ready AI systems. This position suits individuals who prefer shipping functional technical solutions over talking about them, and who want to eliminate manual administrative burdens.

Role Overview

OpenLoop is seeking a dedicated builder to design, ship, document, and monitor artificial intelligence automations and agents that support go-to-market teams. Working from a prioritized roadmap set by leadership, the professional in this role will develop systems that handle lead enrichment, support ticket sorting, data movement between CRMs, and contract parsing. Success in this position requires direct collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Finance to understand existing processes before automating them.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain production-grade, LLM-backed agents for intent filtering, lead grading, data enrichment, contract parsing, and competitive tracking.
Architect and deploy multi-system integrations across platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com, Jira, NetSuite, and various ad tools.
Inventory and document existing automations to ensure smooth migration paths during system cutovers.
Monitor launched builds, handle error triage, and maintain system reliability and uptime.
Collaborate with team members to discover, map, and document workflows so that any colleague can understand and recover a build.
Track before-and-after impact metrics, measuring process baselines and hours saved to report to executive leadership.
Partner with Revenue Enablement to gather user feedback, improve adoption, and iterate on active workflows.

Requirements

Two to five years of professional background in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, systems, or automation with demonstrable build ownership.
Hands-on CRM expertise involving custom objects, lifecycle stages, list logic, and data flow hygiene in systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Working experience utilizing automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, Workato, or n8n to construct multi-step scenarios with error handling and API calls.
Practical building experience with Large Language Models, covering prompt design, structured outputs, tool utilization, and edge case management.
Strong self-testing instincts and the ability to verify work independently.
Comfort navigating complex data environments spanning CRM, finance, support, and product tools.
Clear written communication abilities and C1 fluency in English.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Clay, Claude Code, Salesforce, Codex, Zoho Desk, NetSuite, Stripe, or Coefficient.
Prior exposure to healthcare or regulated-data environments, including protected health information handling.

LLM prompt design and structured outputs
CRM configuration (HubSpot or Salesforce)
